Join Jolie Parcher, founder and creator of Mandala Yoga, for a nourishing and supportive SLOW FLOW & YOGA CHILL virtual class.
Jolie Parcher will guide students through a heat-building sequence, that will help us ease tension and relieve stress. This class melts away the problems or preoccupations of our day, and allows us do drop in deeply and connect to center.
This workshop will begin with a brief discussion on CBD. According to Parcher, "CBD is great tool, much like meditation, essential oils, music and other sensory awareness tools that help us tune into how we are right now. CBD helps to turn the channel off of the chatter and actually land in the moment"
Students are invited to use an ingestible CBD OIL (The non-psychotropic part of the Cannabis plant, meaning there is no buzz or high) if they like.
